Xignite is an innovative cloud provider of on-demand financial data. The Company currently offers three services: 1) the sale of financial data direct to business consumers on a SaaS basis; 2) a platform for data providers such as exchanges that enables them to sell their data directly; and 3) cloud storage and delivery services for financial institutions. The platform offering enables financial services firms to resell data via a white label distribution model, and the turnkey market data cloud storage and delivery solution enables these financial organizations to leverage their own data internally.
Xignite is an attractive investment because: 1) it is a disruptive financial data distribution platform; 2) there is strong momentum in cloud services adoption in the financial services market; 3) it has a recurring revenue business model with demonstrated ability to attract large customers and stock exchanges; and 4) it has a potentially attractive acquisition target, given a lack of technological advancement at a number of large financial institutions.

Stephane Dubois is a well-known fintech thought leader and is frequently quoted in publications, including Forbes, MarketsMedia, WallStreet & Technology, Financial News, Bob’s Guide, Inside Reference Data, and Venture Capital Journal. He has spoken at numerous fintech events around the world, including Finovate, FinDEVr, Bank Innovation, Next Money, World Exchange Conf., World Finance Information Conf. and The Money Conference. Prior to founding Xignite, Stephane was Vice President of Product Management at Advent Software, the leading provider of software solutions for the investment management industry. Prior to Advent, Stephane held senior product and marketing management positions at Walker Interactive Systems and Oracle Corporation. Stephane holds an MS in Management from M.I.T. Sloan School of Management and MS and BS degrees in international management from the MBA Institute in Paris.
