Robert T. Brennan

President and Chief Operating Officer

Iron Mountain Inc., (NYSE: IRM)

A $6 billion market capitalization company providing outsourced records and information management services, joined Iron Mountain through its acquisition of Connected Corporation, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. Connected was a StarVest portfolio company. Before Connected, Mr. Brennan was a general manager with Cisco Systems, Inc. and was Vice President and General Manager for Merisel Inc., a distributor of software and microcomputer products. Mr. Brennan has a BA in psychology from Manhattan College.

StarVest’s relationship with Mr. Brennan began as a result of its investment in Connected. With his assistance, StarVest I portfolio company MessageOne formed a partnership with Iron Mountain. Mr. Brennan has assisted StarVest with deal flow, potential management candidates, board member selection and industry expertise.

Kathleen A. Corbet

Founder & Principal

Cross Ridge Capital, LLC

Kathleen A. Corbet is the founder and principal of Cross Ridge Capital, LLC, a firm specializing in private equity investing and strategic consulting in the alternative energy and financial information industries. Ms. Corbet has over 25 years in global leadership experience in the financial services industry - most recently as President of Standard & Poor's (S&P) from 2004-2007 and previously at AllianceBernstein L.P., where she served as Executive Vice President and CEO of the Alliance Fixed Income division.

In addition to being an investor in, and advisor for, StarVest Partners, Ms. Corbet serves as a member of the Board of Directors of MassMutual and as an advisor to BNE Energy, Inc. InfoEx Inc., and Rapid Ratings International, Inc. She also serves as a member of the Board of Finance in New Canaan, CT, the Investment Advisory Committee of the New York Community Trust, and the Chairman's Council of Pro Mujer, an international microfinance and women's development organization.

Ms. Corbet graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Marketing and Computer Science and received her M.B.A. in Finance (with distinction) from New York University's Stern School of Business. She serves on the Board of Trustees of Boston College, the Dean's Executive Board at New York University Stern School of Business and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and The Economic Club of New York.

Nicholas M. Donofrio

Executive Vice President

IBM CORP

The leader of IBM’s global technology strategy. He joined IBM in 1967 and has led many of the company’s major development and manufacturing teams—from semiconductor and storage technologies, to microprocessors and personal computers, to IBM's entire family of servers.

Mr. Donofrio earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1967 and an MS from Syracuse University in 1971. He served for more than a decade on the Board of Directors for the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME) and was its Board chair from 1997 through 2002. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for INROADS, a not-for-profit organization focused on the training and development of talented minority youth for professional careers in business and industry. He also is co-chairman of the New York Hall of Science. In 2006, Mr. Donofrio was named by Business Week as one of the top 25 Innovation Champions.

As a fellow RPI alumnus, Mr. Bettino has built a strong association with Mr. Donofrio and they share a mutual commitment to advancing opportunities in technology for women and underrepresented minorities.

Hossein Eslambolchi

PHD, Former Chief Technology Officer

AT&T

Currently chairman and CEO of Divvio, Inc., a Silicon Valley start-up, and Chairman of 2020 Venture Partners, a technology and operations consulting firm serving venture capitalists and private equity firms. As AT&T Chief Technology Officer, Dr. Eslambolchi advised the company’s senior leaders on the formulation of a strategic technology vision. Dr. Eslambolchi was also President of AT&T Global Networking Technology Services, President and CEO of AT&T Labs and Chief Information Officer. He has won numerous awards including the highly notable AT&T Science and Technology Medal, and in October 1999, he received AT&T's highest technical honor when he was appointed an AT&T Fellow.

Dr. Eslambolchi holds over 900 patents, issued, pending, and in preparation. He was named one of the most prolific inventors of the 20th century and was named “Inventor of the Year” by the New Jersey Investors Hall of Fame. He graduated with highest honors with a BS in Electrical Engineering and received an MS and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering all from the University of California, San Diego.

Mr. Eslambolchi has attended the Warburg CIO Council and co-invested with Mr. Bettino.

Steven B. Fink

Chief Executive Officer

Lawrence Investments LLC

CEO of a venture with Larry Ellison that owns and manages Mr. Ellison's non-Oracle investments. Lawrence Investments has invested in numerous technology, medical, and biotechnology companies, several of which are now public. Previously, Mr. Fink was a founding partner, Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Knowledge Universe, a company formed to acquire, build, incubate and manage companies in the education industry. The aggregate revenue of the various companies exceeds $2 billion. Knowledge Universe was one of the world's largest pure education companies.

Mr. Fink serves as Chairman of the Board of LeapFrog Enterprises (NYSE: LE), Vice Chairman of Heron International, a European real estate company, and is a director of Nobel Learning (NASDAQ: NLCI) and several other companies, and was a director of NetSuite until just prior to its S-1 filing. He has extensive expertise spanning acquisitions analysis, corporate financing and business operations and development. Mr. Fink is a member of the UCLA Foundation Board and the American College of Physicians Foundation Board.

Ms. Farrington served on the board of NetSuite with Mr. Fink for the past several years.

Satin Mirchandani

Satin Mirchandani is a technology entrepreneur and investor based in Austin, TX. Satin was CEO of MessageOne from 2002 until its acquisition by Dell in 2008. Subsequent to the acquisition, Satin served as VP-Global Services at Dell, where he was responsible for Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Business Development for Dell's SaaS portfolio. In addition, he led Product Management for Dell's global managed services portfolio encompassing client, server and storage platforms. Previously, Satin served as VP-Business Development at pcOrder.com (NASDAQ: PCOR) and as General Partner at Impact Ventures. He started his career as a software engineer at Microsoft and went on to spend several years as a management consultant at McKinsey. Satin has an MBA (Honors) from the Harvard Business School, and an AB (Phi Beta Kappa) in Computer Science and Economics from Dartmouth College.

Zachary Nelson

President and Chief Executive Officer

NetSuite, Inc.

Has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the hi-tech industry, where he has held a variety of executive positions in marketing, sales, product development and business strategy with Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and McAfee/Network Associates. He has been CEO of NetSuite since 2002, where, under his leadership revenues have grown ten-fold, the workforce has quintupled to more than 500 employees and its customer base has expanded to thousands of companies. Recently named as CRM Influential Leader of 2006 by CRM Magazine, Mr. Nelson has led NetSuite to be one of the leading software-as-a-service companies in the world. Nelson holds a patent in the field of application integration, and has several others pending approval. He holds B.S. and M.A. degrees from Stanford University.

Michael Rosenfelt

Michael Rosenfelt served as Executive Vice President, Co-Founder and as a Board Member of MessageOne, Inc. prior to its acquisition by Dell. Post acquisition, Mike served as Director of Global Services at Dell. Mike began his association with MessageOne through Impact Venture Partners where he serves as a Venture Partner. Prior to joining Impact Ventures, Mike was a serial entrepreneur having started a number of successful companies including Power Computing, which was acquired by Apple in 1997. Mike, along with MessageOne Co-Founder & CEO Satin Mirchandani, was named an Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in 2008.

Don Scales

President and Chief Executive Officer

As president and CEO, Don Scales is responsible for worldwide operations, driving iCrossing's strategy to be the largest independent global digital marketing agency. Scales joined iCrossing as president and COO in 2006 to increase bottom-line profitability, streamline operations and improve the overall efficiency of the company. He is an interactive industry veteran, with more than 25 years as an executive manager. Before joining iCrossing, Scales was CEO at Agency.com, where he managed all aspects of the agency's worldwide operations. He had also served as Global COO, North American President and Western Regional President. In addition, Scales served as Managing Director of Igate Capital, an Internet-centric holding company that focuses exclusively on e-services. In its fifth anniversary issue, BtoB Magazine named Scales one of the top 25 "Who's Who" newsmakers for 2000-2005. He was also named to BtoB Magazine's list of "Who's Who in Search" in 2009.

Scales is a member of the Board of Directors for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Texas and a member of the Internet Task Force for Make-A-Wish Foundation of America. He has dual undergraduate degrees in Chemical Engineering and Mathematical Physics, and a master of science in chemical engineering from Rice University; he also has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

John L. ("Launny") Steffens

Limited partner, a fund-of-funds, spent 38 years at Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc, where he held numerous senior management positions. These included President of Merrill Lynch’s Private Client Group from 1985 until 1997, Vice Chairman of Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. and Chairman of its U.S. Private Client Group from 1997 until 2001. During his leadership of the Private Client Group, client assets at Merrill Lynch rose from $189 billion to approximately $1.6 trillion. Mr. Steffens was elected a member of the Board of Directors of Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. in 1986 and served on the board until 2001. He is a past Chairman of the Securities Industry Association and is currently a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development. He graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA in Economics and attended the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Steffens has been an active Advisor since StarVest’s inception. Spring Mountain and its affiliates are the second-largest investor in StarVest I and have made a significant commitment to StarVest II. Mr. Steffens has assisted StarVest in its strategy, deal flow and due diligence and its portfolio companies.

Michael Berland

Marketing Strategist

Internationally recognized strategic advisor and communications consultant, is the former Chief Executive Officer of Penn, Schoen & Berland, a leading research-based strategic and corporate communications company acquired by WPP in 2001. He has high level relationships with Vodafone, RIM/Blackberry, Qwest, Unilever, BP, ConAgra, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Estee Lauder, Procter & Gamble, Bausch & Lomb, KPMG, Pfizer and Siemens. He has also been a key strategist for Mike Bloomberg and Hillary Clinton.

Laura Sachar has worked with Mr. Berland on the Executive Committee of the Young President’s Association Gotham Chapter. Mr. Berland provides StarVest portfolio companies with branding expertise that is generally only available to Fortune 1000 companies.

Cynthia Cohen

A prominent retail strategist providing strategic consulting services to a broad array of Fortune 500 and high growth companies. Cynthia is on the board of bebe, Equity One, Steiner Leisure and several other private consumer product and technology companies. She is on the Executive Advisory Board for the Center for Retailing Education and Research at the University of Florida as well as the Advisory Board for The Southwest Retail Center for Education and Research at the University of Arizona. Prior to founding Strategic Mindshare, she was a Partner in Management Consulting at Deloitte & Touche.

StarVest's relationship with Ms. Cohen began as a result of her participation on the Newgistics, Inc. Advisory Board.

Melanie Kusin

Melanie Kusin is a Vice Chairman of Heidrick & Struggles, headquartered in the firm's New York office. She served as Global Managing Partner for the Consumer Practice and was elected to and served on the firm's Global Partnership Council.

Melanie's personal search practice focuses on serving clients in the consumer product, fashion, luxury, and retail industries. She has completed CEO searches for publicly traded corporations, privately held companies, private equity firms and financially distressed companies. She also fills Board seats for major public corporations along with advising on succession management.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Melanie was at Russell Reynolds Associates as Managing Director. There, she headed the global Consumer Sector and co-founded the retail practice. Before she began her career in executive search, Melanie was in account management at Ogilvy & Mather, managing client assignments for global FMCG companies.

Born and raised in Texarkana, Texas, Melanie earned her undergraduate degree in English literature from Sophie Newcomb College in New Orleans and an MBA in marketing and finance from Tulane Graduate Business School.

Julie McHenry

Silicon Valley-based firm, provides communications strategy and execution, counsel and message development for high technology companies. Before forming Communications Insight, Ms. McHenry was co-founder and CEO of Wilson McHenry, a leading public relations firm with offices in Silicon Valley and New York representing such award-winning technology brands as Informix, Symantec, Intuit Inc., Pioneer Corp., Excite, Maxtor and Oblix. Before that, Ms. McHenry co-founded the Waggener Group and worked extensively with the Microsoft Corporation from 1982–1989. She has a BA in Journalism from the University of Missouri and an MBA from the University of Portland.

Ms. McHenry has worked closely with Ms. Sullivan who was an advisor to her technology public relations firm. Ms. McHenry provides industry knowledge and access to executives at leading technology companies.

J.A. (Jack) McMaster

An Edison, N.J.-based company that is the leading provider of telephony-sourced databases in the United States and the world leader in hosting telephony sourced databases for other countries, including Canada, Ireland, The United Kingdom, Italy, and France. Mr. McMaster has extensive experience in the telephony industry. From 1999 to 2002 he was CEO of KPNQwest, a Netherlands based joint venture. Mr. McMaster had a 20 year career at AT&T, holding several senior positions including Managing Director of AT&T-UK, Vice President of AT&T’s Calling Card and Operator Services Business Unit, President of AT&T’s Mid- Atlantic States Region, and Senior Vice President of AT&T’s Consumer Business Division.

Mr. McMaster worked closely with Mr. Bettino, who served on the Board of LSSi while representing Warburg Pincus, which has a significant investment stake in LSSi. Mr. Bettino was instrumental in hiring Mr. McMaster, who became the major driver of outstanding performance at LSSi over the next several years.

John D. Miller

John D. Miller Chief Investment Officer W.P. Carey & Co. An $8 billion NYSE global real estate investment firm. He was a co-founder of StarVest, and is currently a General Partner in StarVest I. Mr. Miller was President of Rothschild Ventures Inc., the private investment unit of Rothschild North America, a subsidiary of the worldwide Rothschild Group. Before that, Mr. Miller was President and CEO of Equitable Capital Management Corporation, a full-line investment advisory subsidiary with assets in excess of $36 billion. He has a BS from the University of Utah and an MBA from the University of Santa Clara. Mr. Miller continues to provide strategic advice to the StarVest Partners.

Robert F. Sharpe

Executive Vice President

ConAgra Foods, Inc.

Responsible for Legal and Regulatory Affairs for ConAgra Foods, Inc., (NYSE: CAG), a $15 billion consumer products company. Mr. Sharpe was previously a partner at Brunswick Group LLC, a privately held global financial communications investor relations firm. Earlier in his career, he was Senior Vice President, Public Affairs, Secretary and General Counsel for PepsiCo Inc., and he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at RJR Nabisco. Mr. Sharpe currently serves on the board of Ameriprise Financial Inc. (NYSE: AMP), formerly American Express Financial Advisors. He earned a BA from DePauw University, a BS from Purdue University and a JD from Wake Forest University.

Mr. Sharpe has been an advisor to StarVest since 2001. He has assisted its portfolio companies with numerous executive introductions.
